The second edition of this book became necessary because of many new judicial decisions of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh that have clarified meaning and contours of the principles of natural justice and the doctrine of legitimate expectation. This edition covers these judicial decisions. This edition also includes some new laws that have incorporated the principles of natural justice. Some of the chapters have been expanded in light of recent jurisprudential developments in the area concerned.
